Metatarsal Pain is a permanent bugbear for athletes because it is extremely common in runners, and people who have to run extensively. And hence it is one of the most common foot injuries.
If you have ever suffered from it then you will know exactly how painful it really is, and will no doubt be actively looking for ways to either alleviate the pain, or else at least to speed up the healing process, so that you don’t have to suffer with it any longer than is absolutely necessary.
